Terms of Service

1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable retainer of 25% and a signed agreement are required to secure your date & time.

• The remaining balance must be paid if full with 24-36 hours prior to the scheduled session.

• Payments for physical prints or custom layout designs are due in full at the time of order.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

   • If a client cancels the session, the retainer is forfeited.

   •Clients may reschedule once without pentaly provided they give at least 36-48 notice before session.

   • Clients are to be punctual for their shoot. If fail to communicate to agreed time of shoot and shows up later than a 10 min grace period, will be charged 20$ extra for every 10 minutes that pass.

   • In the event of severe weaather during and outdoor session, the photographer will collaborate with the client to reschedule at the earliest convenience.

3. Copyright and Image Use

   •The photographer retains the copyright to ALL CAPTURED MEDIA, INCLUDING STILL PHOTOGRAPHS,VIDEO, &COMPOSITE GRAPHICS.

   • Clients receive a print release for personal use, allowing them to print and share the images online.

   • Clients may not sell the images, enter them into commercial contests, or alther the final edits (including applying social media filters) without permission.

4. Delieverables and Artistic Control

   • Final Edited digital galleries or layout designs will be delivered within (1-3 weeks ) of the session depending on the gig client booked.

   •The photgrapherr retains full creative control over the editing process, color grading, and final selection of images.

   • Unedited or RAW files ARE NOT provided to the client. If client needs any of their raw images, there will be a charge of 15$ per photo they require.

   5. Liability

      • If the photgrapher is unable to perform the duties due to illness, emrgency, or equipment failure, a full refund of all monies paid will be issued, or a reschedule will be offered before event.

      •The Photographer is not liable for missed moments due to the interference of guests or location restrictions.
